Week one of the Superhuman Operating System is all about levels. Levels are the foundation of Ken’s Integral Theory which is a comprehensive hierarchical system used to illustrate how individuals, societies and life itself grow and evolve.
“Understanding these levels is the key to your own personal growth, to understanding your life and to understanding all those around you.” – Ken Wilber, Superhuman OS
This article is the first in a series I'm producing in conjunction with my participation in the Superhuman Operating System personal development training program hosted by Ken Wilber. Watch this video to learn more.
The prefix ‘psycho’ means the mind and ‘active’ means to act upon. So the basic meaning of Psychoactive is something that effects the mind. You’ve probably heard of psychoactive drugs which effect the mind to produce hallucinations but that’s not what I am referring to here. I’m excited to announce that I just started a 10-week intensive personal development training program called the Superhuman Operating System hosted by Ken Wilber with guest appearances from Marianna Williamson, Tony Robbins and numerous other inspiring facilitators.
The purpose of this program is to “Download a Revolutionary New Operating System for Your Mind that Illuminates the Full Spectrum of Your Higher Potentials, and Awakens the Greatest Possible Version of You.”
Over the next 10 weeks I will be sharing with you the most important lessons that I learn!
The fact that I’m even involved in this program is rather miraculous. You will see what I mean in this short video (shot from the Arulmigu Kapaleeswarar Temple in Chennai, India :)) where I also briefly explain what the program is about any why I believe it will help me to unlock my own superhuman potential. WARNING: In this article I share very personal and intimate facts about my life. Do not read this if you do not wish to learn such things.

I woke up a bit bewildered and scribbled down a few notes. I could only remember a few lyrics – “the lights will guide you home” – I didn’t understand what they meant, but they seemed important. After all, this is the song that God had just played for me.
Fix You, by Coldplay! This is the song God wants me to hear? Weird.
As I listen to the lyrics though, I understood why. Taken into the context of my life, the song offered specific advice for how I am to orientate my life. I felt as if God had truly chosen this song for me. I began to cry. Just then, Chris Martin sang “Tears stream down your face,” and I got goosebumps!
